Pimp My Promp #2 - MoS Edition: A Collaborative Workshop to Transform Training with AI

Under the initiative of Anne-Marie Cuinier and with the support of MindOnSite, Pimp My Prompt brought together training professionals in Lausanne on Thursday, October 31, 2024, with such enthusiastic participation that registration had to be quickly closed! This immersive day aimed to give trainers the tools to transform their practices by using the power of AI.

A Structured Framework to Unleash Creativity

Throughout the workshop, participants benefited from collaborative ideation processes. Teams, formed randomly, attended a series of workshops to familiarize themselves with the fundamentals of GPT creation and the art of pitching. These steps enabled them to transform their ideas into concrete virtual assistants tailored to the specific needs of their field.

Three Inspiring Projects and Concrete Results

The teams took up the challenge of designing three assistants around concepts essential to training:

1. The Pedagogical Signature – An assistant to help trainers formalize their educational approach.

2. Learner Personas – A tool to better understand and target learner needs.

3. The Communication Plan – An assistant designed to optimize communication around training courses.

   
   

Each team presented their results to a jury of experts (the organizers themselves 😉), and although all the proposals were impressive, the Communication Plan project was chosen as the most promising.

An Exploration That Goes Beyond Training

Although this workshop focused on educational applications, Pimp My Prompt aims to open up broader perspectives. Indeed, this approach can be applied to any field, process, or profession where automation and virtual assistance can optimize practices and solve challenges. The exploration has only just begun, and future editions promise to push the boundaries of collaborative innovation even further.
